I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The company doesn’t offer job security at all and they force candidates to come for a Face to face round even they are from different state. However if you do well in the interview also your probation period is for 6months and they have a history of firing people on the same day.

As they are struggling with projects and with client the probability of enhancing your skills is too low.
