Job Description :

Roles and Responsibility :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient data model architectures that handle large volumes of data with optimal performance.

- Ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices in data management.

- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support BI solutions.

- Develop robust data pipelines/flows for extracting, transforming, and loading data (ETL) from multiple sources into data warehouse/reporting databases.

- Utilize advanced DAX functions to implement complex business logic and KPIs.

- Optimize DAX queries to improve the performance of Power BI reports, ensuring quick and responsive analytics.

- Continuously enhance and refine existing BI reports, focusing on performance improvements and new feature additions.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to BI reports, including performance bottlenecks and data inaccuracies.

- Proactively implement solutions to improve the overall performance and reliability of BI reports.

- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, gather requirements, and provide regular updates on project status.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the BI team

Desired :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.

- Expertise in designing efficient and scalable data models that support robust BI solutions.

- Proven track record of working with large datasets and performing advanced-level computations.

- Proficiency in SQL programming, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
