The environment to toxic, you have no insurance no benefits, no appraisal. Even no over time, they're just using workers as robot's.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Management is far poor like its still stone age era there, highers ups are always dominating even of they are wrong or there work is poor then the new leaner who came in, poor work culture as here you are taught only how to get work done quickly with no quality in work kept in mind
