The only thing good about this company was fellow colleagues and friends.

Dislikes

The environment to toxic, you have no insurance no benefits, no appraisal. Even no over time, they're just using workers as robot's.

Management is far poor like its still stone age era there, highers ups are always dominating even of they are wrong or there work is poor then the new leaner who came in, poor work culture as here you are taught only how to get work done quickly with no quality in work kept in mind

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
