Great teammates and work environment combined with a reputed global brand it was awesome. The salary was however average with some of the other global players paying significantly more.

Nothing post lockdown, all facilities diminished to existence even now. All those culture and things vanished from Infosys completely now, now it's like just another some sense company

Work culture Over hours expectations No promotion hike to existing employees No facilities like heard from peers previously. Who cares attitude of management, HR and Company overall.

There are many of them 1. Hiring for java role and providing project in different technology which is not at all related to JAVA. 2. Forcing employee to work on project even he/she has no consent. 3. Talent deployment team is not at all will listen to you.

The job security (nowdays it's also vanishing with silent layoffs), the big campus, the easy going culture, availability of good facilities within and outside the campus,

Dislikes

Almost zero growth, no hikes at all, despite the best rating, no scope for learning, no availability of good projects even for the best talents, toxic policies in some projects, no care for employees(even gym is paid, many games inside are paid, most costs are equal to the normal costs outside, no concession)
