they will hire the people from out side with very high packages but company will not give proper hikes for the existing employees. company is ready to leave the resources if they submit the resignation and they will invest more on new resources. instead of giving high packages to new joiners if company give some good hikes to the existing employees that will be good.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
