Great job security. If you get a good manager, this will become a best place to work. But, it's rare to come across good managers. Lot of initiatives are being taken by management to cross train employees in different areas. I got an average hike of 13% after my promotion.

Dislikes

Salary or Appraisal process are done for name sake, career growth opportunities are really poor, claims & reimbursements is very bad, for getting a laptop for work purpose takes 6 to 8 months after your manager's approval.

Work Details

My previous project was good place to learn and I had a freedom to work on my own style which was till may 2018 for 2 years. But current project is hectic and culture is not that great.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
