Dislikes

No Salary Hike. They give a hike like 4-5 %. No growth in Salary. Employees put much effort into work, the company makes profit but this company does not pay well to its employees. CEO, VPS only make money. Higher management plays with employee's career by not giving proper hikes to employees.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
