Work life balance is not at all there. Cab facility need to be improved. Managers should try understabd employee concerns. All senior leadership expectation is more work and they are not even bothered about allowances.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
