3.5yrs, I've worked hard for this company. If I turn back and look, I did not have a life after work at all. I was the top performer in my team. But. I still did not get any hikes or promotion even after asking for it. Infosys has given me that tag of "yoe =3.5" but nothing else. Simple example : They trained me in software dev for 3months and put me in support project. It took me 2.5 yrs to come out of that support project with manager approval and landed a data engineer role. I won't suggest infy to the worst of my enemy. Freshers, one advice, don't join here....Read More
