As a fresher I joined here, I really liked the training part it was real good, Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If You joined as a fresher then You won't see bonuses or variable pays until become TA 3-4years, if you have good rapo .

Got good opportunity to learn new tools or technologies through project but no growth in terms of salary , also too much work pressure and full of politics in our project so no benifit 😖
