In last three years they don't provide the salary hike and promotion. Even though I have best performance.

It was a good work life balance, good job security, it was like a government job at low package salary,

Dislikes

Less perfomer gets the promotion and hikes, where top performer would be felt left out, 0% salary hike, hardly promote existing employee rather hires from out side. Junior gets hire at higher packages but no hikes to the existing, diligent employees.

Infosys IL is good but Infosys BPM is worst. They have even marked the IT support under BPM which should have been under IL. Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees. Never suggest you to go on the name of the Company but to take a deep down check with the ex-employees and then pick your decision.

Work culture and ppl are toxic does a lot of micro management and top of the line promotions and appraisals are only given based on how good of bucket you’ll be nothing matters. One can join if they’re a Great BUCKET. Performance appraisals will be under your feet. No proper leave cycle every leave is considered as earned leave or LOP. No sick leave or emergency leaves.

1. No appraisal in 3 years despite outstanding appraisal rating. 2. Employee engagement fund is limited to only 100 rs per agent per month which was not given for over a year. Agent has to spend from their pocket to redeem it. 3. JL6 will consume all budget of your account to travel the world but won't give you single penny as Incentives. 4. No matter how hard you work, your performance variable pay will always be deducted by 20-30% 5. There are multiple channels to raise your voice but nobody will listen to what you have to say 6. HR business partner has forgotten their work and will tend to seek instructions from managers on what to do. 7. No matter you give 15 years to company, they will not bother when you leave. 8.They will say they have given appraisals and there is 10 days Hybrid, but reality is different. Fully toxic workplace can’t even take a proper breaks. 30 min for lunch until walking to the canteen it will be 10 min will be done n can’t even have have food peacefully. Everyone is working for food and money here they don’t value both.
