Nothing to like in Infosys. No understanding towards employees, no job security, no work life balance and nothing.

Dislikes

Office politics which same across, slow growth, no deskilling for better opportunity. Career pathing is Nil, micro management. Salary is average

They have supported me for a very long time paying me when I was in bench for free! I mean who doesn't right? No! Infy is a good company but very strict with timelines and work culture

It's a big name in Indian market, the managers have settled here knowing that there won't be any layoffs and enjoy a stable job for the rest of the life.

Dislikes

Appraisals are as less as 30 rupees a month. Promotions are subject to time period served and connections made. In this age 5 days working is medieval. Hybrid mode should be implemented now.

Very low salary, 1% annual hike. In fact I worked with 0% hike for 3 years. Internal politics. 10 hours shift which can extend most days.

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Terrible and toxic work culture. After leaving the organization also the team has not provided my documents and its been more than 60 days I am chasing them but not getting any proper response. Though I have inform them that I need to submit my doc. to the current organization still they are not providing my reliving letter. Its one of the worst company I have ever worked with.

Sarkari kam No growth Lot of politics People think they are supreme by knowing new tech and some basic excel They want to put you down for their small work and make it a big deal like its very difficult People coming from other organisation try to outsmart and work as they are doing there and just setlle up there bcs its easy to keep going with contacts with leads

Job security and work life balance is very good. Client appreciations and role readiness programs are good. Company culture is also very good

Dislikes

Salary is too much on a lower level comparing with salaries in the market for same job levels/roles. Yearly salary revisions are in single digits even though you get extraordinary ratings.

It was a good work life balance, good job security, it was like a government job at low package salary,

Dislikes

Less perfomer gets the promotion and hikes, where top performer would be felt left out, 0% salary hike, hardly promote existing employee rather hires from out side. Junior gets hire at higher packages but no hikes to the existing, diligent employees.
