There is no work life balance.leaders keep calling you even after working hours and ask to work on weekends.. they only promis to give comp offs but never really approve it . Infosys is very strict in Background verification if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.
