Infosys is very strict in Background verification if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees. One can join if they’re a Great BUCKET. Performance appraisals will be under your feet. No proper leave cycle every leave is considered as earned leave or LOP. No sick leave or emergency leaves.
