I have worked in America earlier, Later joined Infosys. I was treat good with knowledge I had on the product. Higher level employees/manager are very wolf natured they know how to used hard worker and trash them later. I was appreciated when things were correct later when management was changing new manager were so rude I swear to god, for no reason. They literally humiliate I was shocked to see how they behave. I destroyed my time working here, later couldn't find a job because they have terminated me. I'm trying to move back to States. I thought of going to court about on those managers. I have no hope they are cruel they don't even treat you human. Infosys have just changed the perspective of working. No wonder why young folks of India wants to move aboard, so do I now. Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Terrible and toxic work culture. After leaving the organization also the team has not provided my documents and its been more than 60 days I am chasing them but not getting any proper response. Though I have inform them that I need to submit my doc. to the current organization still they are not providing my reliving letter. Its one of the worst company I have ever worked with.
