Nothing to like, very poor management and most important thing is there is no support at the time of crisis like medical emergency at your home, They did not bothered about anything but business.

No support no help no body listen about your crisis or situation, they are only bothered about business, Mis commitments made by them from recruitment till your resignation.

False information during Interview on offered job profile. Bad Work culture and no work life balance . BAD office politics impacting peoples CAREER. Due to above had to quit without any offer in hand to keep myself mentally healthy Most of the work is manual and not automation scopes. Company is still working in 90s style.

There is nothing good in indusind bank from hiring to resignation, hiring was done by lying. different responsibilities are given to the post for which the hire is made. why are they hired for the upper level and are made to work in lower grades. withing in 1 to 2 months of joining they are giving so much pressure and they are startgiving threats of removal from their jobs. from reporting manager to HR also senior officials all the people in indusind bank are irresponsible. withing 2 to 3 months the employee is forced to resignation. indusind bank senior officials abused and even abused to employee family. very very much worst working culture of indusind bank....Read More

Appraisal was not good as per market and economic standard those who are working more than 5+ years are suffering old salary model this need to be addressed and as a sales team petrol conveyance are given 2000 to 3000 wherelse petrol prices are gone up following same old policy

I have 4 years with full dedication to indusind bank but during a surprise verification I was not able to do it due to pain in my stomach but and they make it issue and ban me for 2 years and after resigning from bank 2 years later I asked for rejoin they denied. From that day I feel very bad and negative

No reward and recognition for Collection team, No Support of top management, Unnecessary pressure creation, Unrealistic Targets, Unseless meetings everyday, no trust on downline team, very poor hierarchy mechanism, HR have no rights to speak, poor HR Support.
