I don't like politics on cms, TL & manager level. No job security, bad work environment, people doesn't follow rules and regulation on each and every level. If you are a buttermaker then you can survive otherwise not.

worst company and worst management. i never recommend anyone to join this organisation. you just waste your time and energy.

i worked there for more than 1 year and i need to request for 2 month for acceptance of my resignation. at last i don't have choice. i abscond from the process. the managers are the worst. everyone is working for their own. HR don't even care what is happening in operations. they are only good in deduction of salaries.
