Only the salary package is good . But they find reasons to deduct salary every month which is very annoying.

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible. Uneducated security guards . Food is horrible and the cafeteria also not hygenic to even to sit. There is no value for talent and knowledge. A person who cannot even talk in English properly is appointed as a team leader to handle voice process which signifies that management is partial. And management doesnot even listens to associates . Even team leaders should be given personality development programme. Want to write more but this won't make any difference ....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
