I energizer is good BPO ,but it's naaptol proses is very bed .

Mene naaptol me 1.5 month kam kiya ...jisme unhone 15 din trening ka koi pesa nahi ...fir 21 din ki sellry bhi nahi di ....,aur naaptol me kaam krna mere jiwan ka sabse bekar anubhav tha .

Overall a nice place to work. All cultural people work as a team , quite unique management , though company policy are hard to follow

According to my point of view in my process, I think partiality . I don't think they see every employee equally , that was unpredictable as it was my first job . Though have faces many ups and downs through which got kinda a nice experience for future
