There is an old and experienced person in the office in Pune who is also stationed outside. He talks a lot of things try and get things done, gain trust of employees. The owner also very is old is an eccentric person who never listens to this man in India ( or to anyone else ). The man in India apparently turns out to be a false and useless person, as he never stands by what he says, though is technically excellent. Question of taking one's salary. So extremely poor management. Non existing HR. One man show. Adamant owner. Bad interpersonal behavior. Employees are spineless here....Read More
