I am worked at ICICI Bank in last 7 years and maitan my best performance in every year but organisation transfer myself in Nashik to west bengal. And no increment and no bonus very third class experience in overall. And work pressure is unbelievable.

ICICI Bank is one the best organisation to work and improve the skills.and there work life balance is also good and promotion is not on depend on rating. So you can expect your pramotion every 2 or 3 year but the salary which they offered is not very good. They do the partially according to your college not on you performance.

Toxicity is on top. If you get 5 mins late then your manager torture you for that. You cannot take tea break. Unnecessary work. Manager sits just behind you so that he can see what all you are doing. You cannot use your phone.

NO PROPER TRAINING ON ANYTHING.. WE JUST WILL BE POSTED TO SOME RANDOM BRANCH AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE PROPER TRAINING, YOU HAVE TO LISTEN AND OBSERVE AND LEARN..NO PROPER TRAINING IS PROVIDE. THERE ARE EVERYDAY CONFERENCE CALLS WITH YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITIES LIKE ZH RH AND ALL.. MORNINGS WE WILL HAVE TO BEGIN WITH BAD WORDS FROM THEM.
