Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. The company is very good, high level management supports a lot, backend support is very good. Salary is not as good as the work. Overall it is good.

Dislikes

They create a lot of unnecessary pressure. If I talk about my branch in the branch level, everything was fine there but the behaviour of my BM was not right at all for any employee and the atmosphere of the branch was very bad. A lot of dirty politics also happens inside the branch.
