...s very good, high level management supports a lot, backend support is very good. Salary is not as good as the work. Overall it is good.

They create a lot of unnecessary pressure. If I talk about my branch in the branch level, everything was fine there but the behaviour of my BM was not right at all for any employee and the atmosphere of the branch was very bad. A lot of dirty politics also happens inside the branch.

Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting

People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,

1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.

Dislikes

1) Bank credit policy. 2) Low Salary structure 3) Delay to proceed customer request. 4) Top management support.
