Bank is good but HR is no where near. There is only struggle that you have you face.

Dislikes

No training and no support if u are non- banker. Selfish staff and leaders will ruined your career if you are not strong. Don't join if u don't know banking. Ego problem, selfishness at its peak. Uneducated people running industry.
