I am M.COM post graduation  after that I have completed  LLB but still working in icici bank  in sales very low package. 
Please  guide me .any llb related or sales or any suitable  job.
I started vert low package.i am thinking  that I should switch  in IT.
Please  guide me regarding  my career.

Day to Day Office

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager

After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours .

Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 

1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 
2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip
3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls 

I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening .
 Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

CTC - 8 LPA
Loc - Bengaluru, India
I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Confused about Salary negotiations

I've the below offers, (Teamware and Wipro not yet released the offers yet). I'm confused which one to choose. Could you give me some suggestions? Thanks.

TCS : 13 LPA
Teamware Solution: (Client: BNP Paribas) : 15 LPA
Wipro: 16.5 LPA

Tech: Cybersecurity, Vulnerability management, Crowdstrike, Risk Assessment.
YOE: 7 yrs
Location: Chennai
