ICICI BANK is brand and I started my career by working with it. Initially the experience was good but after all happened with me things and perception changed.

Dislikes

There is dirty politics within the organization. There is no equal treatment to employees although I was working hard in the benefit of bank my super boss never appreciated. So its clear that working hard is not the key to success but if you are making bonding with boss so definitely you will get rewards and promotion. After giving 2 years to organization they have told me that I am not performing well that's why I will not get promotion, bonus and increment. And when I asked to check my past performance results and business so my super boss mentioned it's not always performance you have misbehaved with your colleagues who is close to my supper boss. Even they have mentally tortured me and insulted me in front of whole office. Working with him is another hell. The favourism and biasness is too much in the organisation they won't let you work enthusiastically. At the end I only suggest not to work with ICICI Bank because after giving 100% with loyalty and hard Wok I had to resign because of my super boss and his favorite rm. ICICI bank is best bank in all private sector bank for job security . work culture is good all are helpful. HR policies is the best in all private sector banking they care there employees.

Nothing like dislike there but only one thing salary is not that good according to current conditions or market . And work pressure is there and sometimes it’s very high .
