Worst work culture.they dont beleive in teams meeting. They will make you go to different icici locations just for meeting purpose which can be easily done over teams. Seniors dont have professionalism in their behaviour. Technology wise they are way backwards than other organisations. No inhouse development team. Outsource applications.
