Work life balance, Bluepoints, free tea, free classes trainings, motovate for certifications.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Manager are biggest problem they refuse innovation , idea, automations so that no employee can compete challange with them. And hire less relevent employee to look smart.
