I joined IBM 6 months ago, they don’t have a good management and no job security here they can fire you or put you on PIP without any reason

only work life balance but its depend on project and client

Dislikes

if u release from project your WFM team has only one task to give u project from different zone like north India to south India and voice versa even other project have opening in your current city

Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ?
