As per my experience company is good but my experience with my management is one of the worst in my 14 years. Some people are not working for employees they are think they are boss and they can do anything..

Not balancing out salary for loyal employees. Other companies are giving far better package and internal growth.

I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.
