In IBM , if you work in project and seating on project location then as a IBMer you will get no basic benifit and if you have any problem with the policy or work culture and you want to discuss it with HR then HR will not support and asked you to connect with your people manager. Not sure what is the work of HR if employee always ne ed to connect with people manager. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. there is no policy of giving appraisal as I worked for almost 6 year in IBM and got no hike and promotion</mark>.
