Moderate work style, company policies were good only related to work

Dislikes

Lot many dislikes 1)No good hike/sometimes no hike which makes more difficult to adjust our expenses. 2)No certification provided unless u r good with manager 3)All paid services in Cafeteria 4) finally lot of politics

Good flexibility and good people to build up networking. Networking can help you in good roles internally. Mutual respect among all higher roles.

Dislikes

Bad pay and benefits, below market average. No growth in teams. You will end up working as a slave to the same role. HR openly suggests employees who are not satisfied, can leave. No certifications offered. People always look to get work done on immediate basis and no room to breathe.
