Everything I loved it but managers behavior not..

There is a manager's behavior there. He is not good because there does not see everyone as equal. He gets the work done by those who obey him from everyone else.He is not able to work with those who do not work and above all he stays with them because he does not work but manager will work with him or he tries to be very sweet then managers he good with him and who we are If we say that we are 12 gante then he say only that you do. Productivity report is made on the basis of and was performed, but what is the benefit when working overtime, they deduct that much portion from productivity... No work life is there I am starting my work at morning 6am but I was to go home 7 or 9 pm Reason is the the one FT resource fit in the production so how will I get extra knowledge

IBM is most likely for job security with average compensation and very less appraisal for the year. It's good for learning and development with very less growth opportunity. IBM requires mostly innovative idea which is very helpful for daily work.

Dislikes

Appraisal system is very disappointing in IBM. Sometimes no appraisals for the employee after doing hard work throughout the year. Training is mandatory in IBM but due to process managers it's just completed as a formality. Most dislike thing in IBM is it's MANAGEMENT.

My work in IBM was very critical as I was handling Cash Application for different Clients. I have worked with multiple clients and multiple ERP. I was also recognized multiple times for my hard work and dedication towards work and for putting client first
