Transport both side and policies some how. Colleouge are friendly. Some how it's depends on the process.

I managed to work here for a longer period of time though under such management who was always exploiting the subordinates and encouraged favoritism and favoured only those who took care of their personal needs like private parties, their lunch, dinner, tea and snacks.

All power and authority vested in the hands of management rather than the HR and the HR tend to trust the words of management and thus HR does not come to know the reality at the ground level hence the management usually indulge in realizing their selfish motive and of their crafty nature such people manage to get promotions and growth. It doesn't mean that there aren't sincere managers who are employee centric, but their pace of growth is slower or negligible hence do not manage to take leap to the top position hence there no room for improvement....Read More

IBM tries hard but unfortunately the Bonuses and profit sharing with Employees is never done. Neither the appraisals are properly distributed. Hiring quality of resources is not upto the mark.
