It's a manager driven company. Process is defined only for projects but not for employee and no differentiation between L1 L2 L3. 2 out of 10 employees work hard and remaining 8 enjoy the benefits. You are never given chance to grow as the team is filled with enough seniors who can't grow or can't move out. No growth professionally nor personally.
