It's a manager driven company. Process is defined only for projects but not for employee and no differentiation between L1 L2 L3. 2 out of 10 employees work hard and remaining 8 enjoy the benefits. You are never given chance to grow as the team is filled with enough seniors who can't grow or can't move out. No growth professionallynor personally....Read More

Work Details

Work life is horrible. We do work from home and every one expects us to work 24x7. If you are hard worker, then you should work and if you r not technically strong then you can enjoy more than any one else.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
