IBM always giving best opportunities to employees, where they feel comfort and work. It means a lot working with IBM can be more years can expect.

Dislikes

Comparing with bonus, promotions are much less. However salary will get with less cuts.

Work Details

Always great working experience with IBM in my whole my experience. I can say best one till now.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
