Nothing to like, only people stuck there who can not find job elsewhere or surviving by creating a group of lobbyist or knowing someone up in ladder. Few do not want to leave because they like permanent work from home and are on long term projects !

Rat race, crab mentality, no culture, only thing matters is utilization and billing to client as much as possible, sometimes even people who are on vacation are forced to enter false billing hours. They make increment period disappear sometimes and create a new one next year to save cost. Limited onsite opportunities as per US laws and people are killing each other to get those onsite opportunities. First tea-coffee disappeared then having stationary was made very difficult, now one can not even find printing papers easily. Worst appraisal system !...Read More

IBM is an awesome combination of Product based and service based company and the learning opportunities are endless.

Dislikes

Company structure is stricly based on manager orientation. You reporting manager has too much power which can make or break your career. Lack of HR counterparts makes it difficult further.
