The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.

Hdfc is brand which is in mouth. High level knowledge. You can learn everything by working with different departments of bank and highly experienced people in the bank. Highly employee benifits and stronge HR policy.

Work culture is toxic senior people act like they are god. Emotional intelligence is equal to zero if you are joining for peace this is not for you high levels of pressure . Organization is highly affected by internal politics.
