Salary breakup , when it comes to take home salary it shall be very less. very Poor appraisal. You will never know when will you get your appraisal , you have to keep on waiting . 90 days notice period , But HCL wont encourage recruiting candidates who has same notice period . PF amount is maintained by HCL trust , its nearly impossible to transfer out PF money when you move out.

What I found out that the communication from HCLtech's end is disastrous on so many levels. Now I am not sure if it's the project which we were going to get tagged or not, but the experience was not good. Have you ever heard of an employee going to bench after joining a new company. No communication whatsoever was provided what was the reason behind it, then after 2 weeks, we were invited to train and get tagged to a new project for a different role, we were trained for 1 month on and off and after that again no communication about what is happening. After 2 months of training and anxiously waiting for the outcome, they inform I am not getting tagged because the client needs my passport and I don't have one. Never did HCLTECH ever say that Passport was mandatory. Post that I had to apply for a passport to avoid another scenario as such. Appalling experience....Read More
