I joined as a fresher and I was able to build a skill set. This company made me understand how important higher management plays a role in our work life.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance, in fact you are asked to work for 14hrs everyday, sometimes in the weekend also, without any perks for extra work or recognition for your efforts or any annual appraiser. Treated like cattle to get the work done. So many fake promises.
