I like only campus on Hcltech rest all I really hate that.

There is not working life balance in Hcltech. Disgusting promotion and if you are living metro city you will not able to survive properly.i have been working with Hcltech since last 2.5 yeas but they have increased only 3k I am very disappointed from them .

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.

Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. Verizon Project sucks big time so do your findings before you join or else you are stuck.

HCL has all this support project and suck blood of you all the time, manager and team leads have no ears wats so ever to your concerns all they worry about is SLA, Cafeteria sucks big time even though it's not heavy on your pocket, Management is wast of time, Transportation has no idea to route employees correctly as there are some morons sitting there and have no clue how to roster, work life balance has no value at HCL...Read More

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. I could enjoy the perks like brandname and ability to get a transfer to any location in India. Also there are some benefits like tie up some brands like samsung, lg etc.

Dislikes

Lot of office politics, too much control from top level management, abuse of powers, little to no hikes and the list goes on. HRs really dont have much of functioning as managers hold power and HRs are useless and helpless.
