Being a new comer employee to HCL Tech gurugram, its going to be tough for me now. Its been one full month since I gave Walk in interview. And the operation interview I gave was on 28 November 2024. Its been approx 20 days and My joining date has not came yet. Earlier my joining date was 9 December 2024 but then it extended but I don't know till when. No update and nothing. Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

Campus and the environment of my ODC is very good. You feel peaceful with a goof team and manager who makes u learn things without making u feel dumb

Salary increment process is slow in HR sector, willing that this may improve so that employee could get encouragement to serve more.

I have one concern, that is I am working in non it project in that mobile phones are not allowed in working space in ODC we don't have chance to contact with others in emergency situation. If we get any important calls even we can't able to attend.

Process associate should be promoted after a year with free food coupon. Company did not watch employee refreshment expenses so it burden on employees pocket salary savings who all live far from hometown. Company should be gave opportunities to employees under bench . Company should be provided reimbursed allowanceand medical travel allowance to families. Salary is very low as labour law.

Worst management No option for career growth At Bangalore campus food option is limited on non business hrs(although its a 24x7 company) Hike 1% or less. ODC s are pathetic with worst chairs. No scope of any improvement as it may incur cost to the project and they will not provide

I like only campus on Hcltech rest all I really hate that.

There is not working life balance in Hcltech. Disgusting promotion and if you are living metro city you will not able to survive properly.i have been working with Hcltech since last 2.5 yeas but they have increased only 3k I am very disappointed from them .

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

There so many dislike points are there: 1. HCL doesn't have good resource allocation policy for the experience people. 2. Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. after 18 months you can change the project, if you don't like it. For females employees company is more flexible.

No Shift allowance, only Compensatory off for holiday work, No pay for overtime, Monthly Variable Payment deduction(Rs.1500-Rs.4000), if increment happens that is paid from Jan instead of Oct for E3 band
