Working at client place from HCL, but need to follow client rules which allows not to get complete worklife balance as like the client permanent employees get.
working at a client location, a lot of differences between contractors and permanent employees like contractors don't get work from home facilities only permanent employees and lot of differences between the same which demotivates contract employees not to work or leave from there.

HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Process associate should be promoted after a year with free food coupon. Company did not watch employee refreshment expenses so it burden on employees pocket salary savings who all live far from hometown. Company should be gave opportunities to employees under bench . Company should be provided reimbursed allowanceand medical travel allowance to families. Salary is very low as labour law.

Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5.
