There is nothing "good" to say regarding this company.

Dislikes

One of the worst companies in providing their employees with salary and benefits. Very poor management and work life balance , not listening or responding to the problems of there employees and discouraging or not releasing employees to move to bench if they are not satisfied with the work . Citing various bogus reasons to retain there employees in the same project by not releasing them and forcing them to work overtime with no extra pay....Read More

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
