Big Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms ofHR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain...Read More

Great opportunity to work in HCL. Hcl techies help us alot and all employees are just like a family. There is no partiality. Helping and supporting is good

Some peoples are showing attitude and partiality. Everyone need leadership quality, but I observed there is lack of leadership quality.

More than 6 months delay in appraisal cycles. No appraisal if you are L3 band and above 20LPA. My last two appraisals were zero. Management politics. Management too much egoistic.

Everything else is a dislike. There is no skill development, managers behave like 'sarkari babus'. Higher management is unreachable...too many restrictions...you can't even open YouTube (imagine!) Many more dislikes but I don't really want to waste my time n energy listing them down here

The work balance is good..u get the time for ur own..and you can njoy working( dependent on you post and projecf you are deployed to)

I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..

actually I wasted one year of time here because I gave face to face interview for 3 rounds after selecting to HCL their was a internal project discussion which means internal interview that guy was very rude and finally he told like I don't know any thing waste candidate for position ....my question is like if I am not capable for that position why HCL is selected me ? Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position
