In my tenure in the organisation... The employees who are living in the organisation for long time are the one who are making HCL environment toxic.. moreover I don't see any response or collaboration from HR seems they're also in same voice as management.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
