Work culture and job security is good. I have learnt technical issues and solutions regarding ISP after joining HCL which I was not aware earlier.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
