There is not timing login and logout time restrictions when you go physically to work. But they have a tool to make sure you worked 8 hours a day. Which is good.

Dislikes

The managers don't know how to control their mouth. They talk like how a government employee will misbehave. And HRs are puppets of the managers and DU heads. Very poor env to work. Give you 150% they will treat like you did only 50% and influence your performance bonus badly. Managers take it personally if you talk against their mistake on their face.

a good management gives good results. I like most of the things in HCL. 20kms to my home and flexible hours but the wrong person to manage project ruin everything.

No hike, no early release, Hcl does not follow the policies but we need to follow the policies. zero health benefits. worst project management. Variable pays are worst of all these negative points. Helping an employee to resolve an issue is hardest part. refering own people to projects. Healthy hiring but the bench strength is bigger than what they need.

Mostly has paid promotions, it has tagline, " Supercharging Progress" progress of employer not to employees.

Worst HR, operations. They commit something, give something and act like nothing. No control on hr or operations. Not flexible work their flexible means 6 shit will start at max 07:30 ( just 2 hours window) no shift allowance, they simply don't care about employees. Company is good for idle people simply sitting monthly getting. Ambitious people can stay away. Working hours 9 hour 30 mins.

1. Salary & appraisal: They will not increase the salary for more than 2.8-3 years. Fake promises to increase salaries and hike. No extra money for OT also. And also they are deducting variable pays every months without any reason (there is court case against HCL for that, you can read article on internet also). 2. Work life balance: In one word disgusting. We are working from morning 9 to late nights 9:30 average daily even one Saturday and Sundays. 3. Company culture: Fake promises and fake hike news they spread, and even after 2.8 years they are not releasing hike letters. 4. Work satisfaction: No matter how hard you work they will not happy and they will give more work to you. Dislikes

Less number of leaves. Can't apply for restricted holidays for T&M employees. Salary is less. If you are in t&m mode then forget about hike. HCL manager won't ever know of what you are working al the client office.

Worst management. They like chamcha only. Your hard work will doesn't work in HCL. they are deducting EPB from salaries of their employees. If we are reaching to them then HR stating it's management decisions and it will deduct until your rating in not 10 out of 10 and they are not giving 10 to any employee. It means they have created such policies to deduct salaries of employees. I have 127 appreciations in one calendar year and my rating was 9.7 and they have deducted 20% from monthly EPB and same has been deducted from yearly performance bonus.
