Rating: 1/5 Review: Working at HCL Technologies has been a challenging experience due to multiple areas of concern: Work-Life Balance: Almost nonexistent. Employees are expected to put in long hours with little flexibility, making it difficult to maintain a healthy balance. Career Growth: Opportunities for promotions are extremely limited, regardless of performance or dedication. Career advancement feels stagnant. Compensation: Salary hikes and bonuses are rare, even for high-performing employees. This lack of incentive is demotivating and undervalues employee contributions. Work Environment: The workplace culture is far from ideal. It often feels toxic and unstructured, making day-to-day work more stressful. Leadership and Management: Poor leadership and ineffective management further add to the challenges, creating a lack of direction and support. Marketing vs. Reality: The company’s marketing campaigns and advertisements portray an image of growth, opportunities, and a positive work environment, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I like only campus on Hcltech rest all I really hate that.
There is not working life balance in Hcltech. Disgusting promotion and if you are living metro city you will not able to survive properly.i have been working with Hcltech since last 2.5 yeas but they have increased only 3k I am very disappointed from them .

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.
There so many dislike points are there: 1. HCL doesn't have good resource allocation policy for the experience people. 2. Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Now they can't do anything they has to continue or else registration. 6. Year after year people have to work with the same salary because HCL has leap yearly salary incriminate policy....Read More
